How to register a 2N Intercom

There are no officially supported SIP Intercoms, however 2N are the most commonly used and tested devices.

WARNING: 2N Intercoms are not officially supported devices, this means that our support team will be unable to assist or provide any technical support regarding the device outside of what is included in this article.

A 2N intercom is connected via manual provisioning, this requires creating a blank device to obtain it's SIP credentials, for instructions on how to do this see here

Once you have your Domain, Outbound Proxy, Username, and Password, navigate to the 2N's IP address and log in.

From here configure the intercom as follows:

TIP: If you want to use video, ensure you connect the device over TCP or TLS, and not UDP. Otherwise ensure video is disabled, as UDP video packets are likely to be blocked.

NOTE: The backup outbound proxy is core2.voipcore-4738.com

Once done hit save and your intercom should register.
