Yealink - How to Factory Reset

None Touch Screen Desk Phones (T54W, T46U, etc...)

1. Press and hold the 'OK' key on the face of the phone for 10 seconds.
2. When prompted, accept the Factory Reset option.

Touch Screen Desk Phones (T57W/T58V)

1. Press and hold the   (redial) key on the face of the phone for 10 seconds.
2. When prompted, accept the Factory Reset option.

Cordless Phones (W52P, W60P, W53P, W73P, etc...)

With a Handset

1.  Press the middle “OK” button, navigate to "Settings" (Cog Icon)
2. Scroll down using the down key until you reach the “System settings” option and select
   “OK
3. Select "Base Reset"
4. It will ask you to “input a pin". Default pin is 0000.
5. Select "Reset to Factory".

Without A Handset

1. Power off the base station.
2. Hold down the registration button on the base station.
3. Whilst still holding the button, power the base station back on.
4. Continue to hold the button until all 3 status lights go solid green.
5. Once all 3 lights are green, let go of button and reboot the base station. It will factory reset on boot up
