How to upgrade a Luminate Studio user to reseller admin permissions.
When a reseller first logs into Studio they will not have admin permissions. Their account must be upgraded.
IMPORTANT: If you are the first person to log in and need admin permission you will need to raise a ticket to help.luminatewholesale.com.
The ticket must include your Netsapiens extension number.
A user who does have reseller admin permission needs to follow these steps.
- Log into the Studio portal.
- Click on "Users".
- Click on "Update Details" next to the user you wish to promote.
- Enable the "Reseller Admin" permission under "User Roles", then click "Save Changes".
