How to upgrade a Luminate Studio user to reseller admin permissions.

When a reseller first logs into Studio they will not have admin permissions. Their account must be upgraded.

IMPORTANT: If you are the first person to log in and need admin permission you will need to raise a ticket to help.luminatewholesale.com.

The ticket must include your Netsapiens extension number.

A user who does have reseller admin permission needs to follow these steps.

  1. Log into the Studio portal.
  2. Click on "Users".
  3. Click on "Update Details" next to the user you wish to promote.
  4. Enable the "Reseller Admin" permission under "User Roles", then click "Save Changes".
