You can use the conferencing feature of Netsapiens to effectively increase the max conference limit of a handset.
Yealink's conferencing feature supports two functions, Local and Network. Network conferencing allows the user to exceed the phone's participant limit. This will require the user to use a domain's conference bridge.
Local Conference
Local Conference doesn't require a domain's conference bridge and the number of participants is limited to the type of phone used. This is the default function of a Yealink device.

Network Conference
Once you have a dedicated or an owned conference bridge, apply the overrides below.

Where 'X' is the account used by the phone when using this feature.
To set up a network conference with multiple parties:
- Get party A on the phone
- Press 'Conference'
- Get party B on the phone
- Press 'Conference'
- Party A is dropped into Conference bridge
- Unhold Party B
- Press 'Conference'
- Get party C on the phone
- Press 'Conference'
- Party B is dropped into Conference bridge
- Repeat these steps as needed until all parties are in Conference bridge
- Finally, use Transfer softkey to transfer the last party directly to the NCS bridge
