Why Does the Call Cut Off When Diverting to a Mobile from a Queue?

Ring time out being set too low can interfere with diverted calls.

Sometimes you might setup a queue that is set to forward out to mobile/landline number after a set number of seconds.

In this scenario you may come across an issue where the call diverts to the mobile but cuts off before it gets to the mobile voicemail. This is usually because the ring time that has been set is too low, if you set a queue to divert out after 5 seconds for example, it will only ring the diverted phone for another 5 seconds.

If you need to do complex timings with external numbers, the recommended way to do this is via a Linear Hunt/Cascade Queue and Off-Net agents.
