What Firewall Settings Are Required?
If you're having trouble connecting a phone to the platform the firewall is a common culprit, sometimes you may need to open certain ports in your firewall to allow our traffic to communicate smoothly.
It's worth noting that most of the time you should not need to change any firewall rules.
See attached for a file detailing all the ports we use and which IP addresses to open these on.
NOTE: For SIP registration we use port 5080 on our servers and not port 5060, this is important to know as it can affect what settings you put on your firewall.
