Where is the Ring Group I Just Added?
The location of ring groups is not obvious, this article explains where to find them.
If you've added a ring group and can't see it, this is most likely because a ring group is a System User.
System Users are Users that are used by the portal for certain features and are not designed to have phones registered to them.

To view the system users on your domain, there will be a tick box at the bottom of the users tab titled "Hide System Users", untick this and your Ring Group should show up.
