How do I Listen/Whisper/Barge In to Calls?

You can use star codes to listen in to calls

To listen in to a call you first need to initiate a tapping session, this can be done by dialling *19 followed by the extension number of the user who's call you want to listen to.

For example, if user "1034" is on the phone and you want to listen in to their call, you would dial *191034.

The tapping session will default to "listen" mode.

There are 3 available modes

• Listen - You can hear the conversation, but neither party can hear you.
• Whisper - The user you have tapped in to can hear you, but the external caller cannot hear you.
• Barge - All parties can hear you.

To switch modes, you must dial one of the following codes after initiating a tapping session using *19.
