How to white label your emails from Luminate Studio.

This article goes over the DNS setup required to send emails in Luminate Studio from your own domain.

This article goes over how you can change this to be one of your own emails.

  1. Decide on an email address you want to use to for Studio.
  2. Setup your DNS records on the domain that the email is using (if you're unsure about this then send the below information to your domain provider).

DNS Records

CNAME

Add the following records, ensure to replace "<YOUR_DOMAIN>" with your own domain.

1st._domainkey.<YOUR_DOMAIN>. IN CNAME 1st._domainkey.<YOUR_DOMAIN>.dkim.hostedonhold.com.

2nd._domainkey.<YOUR_DOMAIN>. IN CNAME 2nd._domainkey.<YOUR_DOMAIN>.dkim.hostedonhold.com.

SPF

Add the below SPF records, or if you already have an SPF record then add to your existing record

If you need to add a new SPF record:

@ IN TXT “v=spf1 mx include:_spf.hostedonhold.com -all”

If you're adding do an existing SPF record, add the below:

include:_spf.hostedonhold.com

Once your DNS records have been added, please raise a support ticket to help.luminatewholesale.com

Include in the support ticket that you would like to enable your own email address for Studio, and include the email you want to send from and that you have added the DNS records.

From here we will add your details to the middleware.
