How to view SMS messages
This article details where you can check SMS messages in the portal and in the apps.
Notifications
When a user receives an SMS message, they will receive a notification that shows in both the portal and both applications.
Viewing In the Portal
Pop Up
This details how to view messages in the pop up menu.
- Click the "Contacts" menu.
- Along the bottom, select "Recents".
- This will show a list of recent messages, you can bring up the texting menu by clicking the "Message" button next to a message.
My Account
This details how to view messages under the "My Account" page.
The first step is only applicable for users of scope Call Centre Supervisor or above, if your user is a Basic User or Call Centre Agent, skip to step 2.
- Click your name and then select "My Account"
- Click "Messages".
- Click "Chat and SMS".
- This will bring up a list of messages.
- Click a message to go into the conversation.
Viewing In The Apps
Any conversations can be viewed by selecting the "Chat and SMS" button
