How to use the AI Assistant in Luminate Studio.

The AI Assistant is the quickest and easiest way to place an order for your customer.

It will generate messages for you based on the end user's web site.

1. Enter the end user's web address into the "Website URL" field.

IMPORTANT: Don't add "www." to the start of the URL, this can cause issues.

2. Click "Go".

3. The AI will generate some information about the company, ensure you review this information so that it is correct.

4. When you're happy, click "Next" at the bottom right of the page.

5. Choose the voice you want to use, then click "Next". You can listen to a preview of what it will sound like by clicking "Preview".

6. The AI will generate 2 message variants for 4 different categories, these are "Welcome Messages", "IVR Menu Options", "Closed Messages", and "Emergency Messages".

From here you can choose which messages you want to include by ticking the box next to them.

Ensure you listen to a preview of the message before selecting it. You can edit a message by selecting the "Edit" button.

TIP: AI has come a long way but it's not perfect, certain words may be pronounced wrong and there are a number of ways of manipulating the AI engine to get it to sound how you want.

.co.uk may be best written 'dot coe dot UK'
Spell phonetically. E.g. NATO might pronounce better as Nay Tow
Try adding in ellipses and spaces if you want more of a pause between words or for a space with a change of intonation use a comma.
Try putting exclamation marks at the end of the sentence if you want a more exclamatory tone!
Try putting "important" words in quotes to have them emphasised.
Don't be afraid of using non-words, know whatameen?

If you don't like any of the messages given you can create a completely custom one at the bottom.

7. The on hold marketing section is similar to the above so follow the same logic. Note that marketing messages will also be included in a compilation with music.

8. Choose the music playlist you want then click next

NOTE: Music playlists are not single tracks, they are a playlist of 3 tracks. The music included in each playlist is updated automatically every quarter.

9. Enter an email address where marketing emails will be sent to (this should be your end customer).

10. When you're happy click "Finish".

Note that this can take some time.

Once complete it will download the messages to your computer, however these are not required to add them to your account.
