How to share a SIP Trace

Sometimes the support team will ask you for a trace when raising a ticket, this article shows you how.

The first step is to navigate to the domain you wish to pull a trace from. Select the "Domains" button from the global view and click on the domain you want.

 

From here you want to click on the domain you want to bring you into the domain view. 

Now you want to navigate to the call history of the domain.

 

 

Next use the filter to search for the call(s) you want to send, then select the magnifying glass next to the call.


Lastly, click the "Share" button.

 

This will copy a URL to your clipboard, allowing you to paste it with CTRL+V or Right click -> Paste into a ticket/email.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT click export and send us the excel file, this information is not helpful and the support team will reject this and ask for a link.
