      How to set end user pricing in Luminate Studio.

      This article explains how you can change the default package pricing for end customers in Luminate Studio.

      Updating the Pricing

      NOTE: The packages are listed with numbers, each number corresponds to the appropriate package.

      1: Starter

      2: Basic

      3: Standard

      4: Premium

      5: Premium+

       

      6 Is unused and can be ignored.

      1. Log into the Studio portal with reseller admin permissions.
      2. Navigate to "Price Plans".
      3. Click on the "Edit" button next to the plan you want to change.
      4. Set the price then click the green tick to save.

       

      Explaining the Pricing

      Along the top you will see 4 options "Per Month Fee", "Real Voice", "Download", "Additional Words".

      • Per Month Fee: This is the flat per month cost associated with each package.
      • Real Voice: This is the cost per real voice credit once you go over your allowance.
      • Download: You can set a fee for downloading message files, this is a cost per file.
      • Additional Words: This is the cost per real voice word (each credit includes 50 words).
