How to Remove A Yealink from a Third Party's RPS

Sometimes you will find that a phone you're trying to provision is already on the RPS server with a third party. This is how you can have it removed.

If you have an RPS account

To begin, you can do this yourself if you already have a Yealink RPS account, make sure you have the phone's MAC Address and Serial Number, then log in/create an account at https://ticket.yealink.com/index

From here you want to raise an "RPS MAC Removal Ticket.

 

If You Do NOT Have an RPS Account

In this instance you will need to navigate to support.luminatewholesale.com and raise a ticket.

In the ticket, state clearly that you have a Yealink(s) that you would like removing from a third party's RPS server.

Ensure that for each device you provide the MAC address and Serial Number.

IMPORTANT - Yealink only let you remove 20 devices per day per account (but you can create multiple accounts).
