How to Register A Yealink Handset to a Base Station

This article will explain how to register a cordless yealink handset, such as a W60H or W73H, to a base station.

Login to the Base Web GUI

1. Enter the IP address of the phone
2. Enter the admin login details. (If unsure please raise a ticket)

Registering the handset to Yealink Base.

1. Access your device’s web interface.
2. Navigate to “Status → Handset&VoIP” and click “Start Registration”.
   
3. On the handset click the “OK” button.
   
4. Navigate to “Settings” → “Registration” → “Replace Base”. Select the Base you want to register and press “OK”.
5. A serial number will appear under “Subscribe Base”. Press “OK” and then “Enter PIN” (by default 0000).
6. Click “Done” to successfully subscribe the handset.
7. Once the registration is complete, the device will be visible on your device’s web interface in the “Registered Handsets” section.
   
8. Repeat the above steps for each handset/sip account to be registered on the base.
   

Registration Mode without Web GUI

It's possible to enter a base into registration mode without entering the phones web GUI.

To do this, hold down the button on the base station for about 5 seconds, you will know when it is in registration mode as the top light will begin to slowly flash on and off.

When this happens, the base is now in registration mode and you can register the handset in the same way as above.
