This article explains how to get to the messages section and order new messages.
Overview
NOTE: If you have not created any messages for this customer, it is recommend that you first use the AI Assistant.
Within the customer view, head to the "Messages" section on the left hand side
Here you can see a list of all your messages.
Click into a message to get more information.
You can download and archive the messages with the buttons on the right hand side.
How to Order New Messages
TIP: AI has come a long way but it's not perfect, certain words may be pronounced wrong and there are a number of ways of manipulating the AI engine to get it to sound how you want.
- .co.uk may be best written 'dot coe dot UK'
- Spell phonetically. E.g. NATO might pronounce better as Nay Tow
- Try adding in ellipses and spaces if you want more of a pause between words or for a space with a change of intonation use a comma.
- Try putting exclamation marks at the end of the sentence if you want a more exclamatory tone!
- Try putting "important" words in quotes to have them emphasised.
- Don't be afraid of using non-words, know whatameen?
- Click on "New Message".
- Give your message a name and text.
- Choose weather you want a "Real Voice", "AI Voice" or "AI Voice until Real Voice recording is available".
- Choose Language and region. When using AI, note that certain languages may vary in quality.
- Set the voice you want to use.
- (Real Voice Only) Set any special instructions you want included.
- When you're happy click "Order Message".
NOTE: Real voice recordings can take up to 72 hours to provision.
