How to navigate the reseller portal in Luminate Studio.

This article goes over all the options available within the Luminate Studio portal that resellers have access to.

If your user has reseller scope in netsapiens then you will be able to access the Reseller panel within the Studio portal.

This lets you make admin level changes such as creating new customers, view reports, and modify pricing packages.

IMPORTANT: By default all resellers who have access to the portal have Reseller User permissions, to make admin changes you require Admin permissions.

To upgrade your user, please raise a ticket to our support team and they can upgrade your access.

 

Side Bar

You can navigate to any of the below locations via the Side Bar on the left hand side.

Home

The home tab contains a dashboard summary of various different reports. These are:

  • Metrics: A list of Companies and Queues within Studio.
  • Activity: Allows you to see a summary of downloads and orders placed.
  • Bulk Uploads: Upload customers in bulk.
  • Call Durations: A summary of how many hold minutes your customers have.
  • Package Changes: A summary of any upgrades or downgrades placed.
  • Sales Interest: A summary of end users who have clicked on the upgrade page but not upgraded.

Companies

This shows a list of all your companies within the Studio portal.

You can click the "Sign In" button to view the customer panel for that customer.


You can select the "Update" button to change any information about the customer.

You can also add new companies here.

NOTE: Customers will be added here automatically from the Netsapiens portal whenever an End Customer with Office Manager scope clicks on the "Get Started" button within the recording studio option.

Users

This shows a list of users who have access to the Studio portal. You can add/delete/edit users here as well as reset their passwords.

NOTE: User management is not really necessary as the integration with Netsapiens will add and login users automatically via the recordings studio button.

The only time you will need to add users or manage passwords will be if a customer/reseller admin needs access who does not have a netsapiens account, or if you are upgrading an existing user to have admin permissions.

 

Emails

This is a list of all email templates within the platform.

Within here you can enable/disable certain automated emails, as well as modify the underlying template.

Reporting

View and email usage reports.

 

Pricing

Within here you can view and modify the pricing given to end users who upgrade through the portal.

 

Packages

View the packages available to you.

WARNING: DO NOT modify the "price plan" value under the details as this will break the pricing given to end users.

Resources

A list of pre made marketing material to help you understand and market Studio to your customers.

 

Account

View and modify your reseller account information and branding.

 

Platforms

Shows a list of platforms.

This is purely a preconfigured setting to ensure the link between Studio and the Netsapiens server is working. You can safely ignore this page.
