How to Configure Voicemail Transcription

This article assumes you already know how to configure voicemail.


Voicemail Transcription can be enabled per voicemail inbox, the transcription is then visible via voicemail to email or using the Web/Mobile app.

To enable, simply set the "Voicemail Transcription" box under voicemail settings to "Enabled".

 

 

Viewing Voicemail Transcriptions

When a voicemail is transcribed, the transcription is visible in the portal, the apps, and the email notification.
