How to add Luminate Studio messages and compilations within Netsapiens.

Messages

NOTE: Message management is currently only supported via IVR Greetings, Queue Greetings, and MoH messages. Voicemail messages will need to be downloaded and uploaded manually.

Navigate to an AA/Queue/MoH configuration on Netsapiens and select the option to upload a message. The platform will link with the Studio system and load your messages.

Compilations

Navigate the MoH setup you want to apply the configuration. Then click "Upload" next to the compilation you want to apply.
