      How to Access the Luminate Studio Portal.

      The Studio portal can be accessed via the netsapiens portal directly.

      IMPORTANT: If you are a reseller logging into the portal for the first time, your login will not have admin permissions.

      Please follow this guide on how to get admin permissions.

      1. Log into the netsapiens portal. You must use your own branded URL, do not use "portal.luminatewholesale.com".
      2. Click on "Recordings Studio" along the main menu bar.
      3. Click on "Get Started".
