How Do I Setup Speed Dials?

Speed dials are not a feature of our platform, this explains a workaround.

Traditional speed dials are not a feature on the Netsapiens platform however, there is a workaround using ring groups.

A ring group can call out to an external number, and can be configured to only call one line. This means we can do a setup like the below:

This is a ring group with extension 301, and because it has a phone number in it, if anyone within this domain dials "301", it will instead dial "0333 188 7878".

You can add as many of these as you want.
