Nava Setup Guide

In this article we will go over how you can setup new instances of Nava.

WARNING - Nava is a chargeable service, please see your rate card for more details. For any further questions please reach out to your account manager.

There are 3 license tiers you can choose from, these are "Solo", "Team", and "Unite".

The features for these are as follows:

Solo

  • Click-to-Dial
  • Phone control
  • Presence
  • Contact Directory
  • Outlook/Google Contacts Integration

Team

  • Everything in Solo
  • Full Soft Client
  • Microsoft Teams Presence Integration

Unite

  • Everything in Team
  • Full CRM Integration

Once you know which license you'd like for your customer, send in a ticket with the subject containing "Nava License Request".

The ticket must include the following information:

  • Domain
  • License Type Required
  • Number of Licenses

IMPORTANT - Please only order the license type and number of licenses you will use. Any licenses that remain unused for over 30 days will be automatically removed.

Once your ticket is processed you will be given a license key.

From here you need to install the client, which you can do from here: https://nava.gointegrator.com/downloads/

Once the client is installed it will ask you for an access key, this is:

Windows: CONNECTB
Mac: CONNECTB-MAC

From here it will bring you to a login page, you need to login using the same logins that you would use for the portal/apps. How to generate new portal logins.

After logging in it will ask you for a license key, this is the same key you were given in the ticket. This key will work for as many licenses as you requested in the ticket. If you need more licenses you will need to raise a new ticket.

Once you're logged in you will be able to view the client in your task bar by right clicking on the icon, for any further help on how to use the software click the question mark button.
