How Do I Block Withheld/Anonymous Numbers

This explains how you can prevent inbound anonymous calls

To block withheld numbers, follow these simple steps on the manager portal:

  1. Navigate to the user section, which could be call queues, individual users, or auto attendants.

  2. Once you have selected the user, click on the 'Answering Rules' tab.

  3. Look for the 'Allow/Block' option on the right-hand side and click on it.

  4. A menu will pop up, allowing you to add or remove blocked numbers. To block anonymous or unknown numbers, toggle the setting to 'Block' and click 'Done' to save the changes.
