Default Star Codes

Our system has a number of star codes available by default.

These are:

07<extension> Picks up a call currently ringing the entered extension.
*2<extension> Call to User's voicemail.
*10 Move my call (pulls call from other device)
*15<extension> Intercom to the extension
*19<extension> Call Listen/Whisper/Barge
*51 Queue Agent Login
*52 Queue Agent Logout
*55 Device Login (Hotdesking)
*56 Device Logout (Hotdesking)
*6<extension> Retrieve Call from Call Park (can also do with DSS key)
*71<phone number> Activate Divert and set divert number
*71 Activate Call Forward Always
*72 Disable Divert
*73<phone number>  Activate Divert when busy and set divert number
*73 Activate Divert When Busy
*74 Disable Divert when busy
*75<phone number>  Activate Divert No Answer and set divert number
*75 Activate Divert No Answer
*76 Disable Divert No Answer
*77 Block inbound anonymous calls to current user
